By renting from This Day Forward for You , you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Rental Period ,Rental Fees, Cancellations,  Delivery & Setup, and Pickup

Rental Period

  • Event Weekend ( Friday set up – Sunday morning pick-up)
  • Rates apply to set-up day and event day, as items will be out of our inventory initially on the day of set -up.
  • Should items be returned with damage from rain, wind, snow, sleet, debris or other substances, cleaning or replacement fees will be charged for the item/items to the renter.
  • Under no circumstance should any rented items including but not limited to; tables, benches, upholstered seating, decor items, or any other furnishings be kept outside overnight. Pieces to be determined in your order.
  • Renter is 100% responsible for rented items

 

Rental Fees

  • A deposit of 50% of the total order is required to secure your date, this will be secured by your signed invoice and deposit.
  • We accept debit/credit cards, online payments
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to the event before delivery, a 1% fee will be added daily for late payment.
  • No services contained in this contract will be rendered, delivered, or available if the Rental agreement is not signed and any balance is not paid in full before your event.

 

Cancellations

  • We require a 90-day written cancellation notice. The deposit is non-refundable. Payments made before the 90-day cancellation period, not including the deposit will be refunded.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event, the client is responsible for payment of the remaining balance of order due within 7 days of cancel date.

 

Delivery & Set-Up

  • Delivery will be the day prior to the event date.
  • Time will be between( 8 am – Noon) if time change is needed this can be discussed. The client or assigned individual needs to be available to accept delivery.
  • The location must be within 50 feet of the parking area, anything beyond this

area is available which may incur additional costs resulting from time and labor.

Notice of this is required when booking.

  • Standard fees are at a flat rate of $200, which will include delivery, set-up and pick-up within a 50-mile radius. Order exceeding this radius will be charged an additional 75 cents per mile.
  • Delivery is also for available for smaller items, fee to be determined on location.
  • Only our staff handles, transports, and will set up large items to keep our inventory available and in top condition. This relieves our clients from worrying about transit damage before their event.
  • If an additional set -up is needed for full decorating services this is available, and rates will be discussed for this service.
  • If inclement weather changes location plans, our staff will be available to relocate pieces, additional fees will be charged. Location and circumstances will be determined for the additional charge.

 

Pick-Up

  • Pick- Up will be the day after the event ( 8:00 am to noon)
  • Upon pick -up /retrieval all items need to be cleaned, organized and packed

as they were delivered by our staff.

  • All items will be checked by our staff upon pick-up , and cleared with client or assigned individual with signature

 

 

 

Liability,

Liability Terms

  • The client agrees that This Day Forward for You, LLC shall not be held responsible for any damage or harm that any product rented may cause to any individual or venue.
  • Further, the Client agrees to protect This Day Forward for You against all , and any claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may arise from the use of This Day Forward for You products or services.

 

 

Disclaimer

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Agreement.
  • Renter/Client understands assumes the risk of the use of the Rental Items and agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless TDFFY and its employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Renters/Clients Event and the actions of Renter/Client and/or Renter’s /Client’s guests, including but not limited to injuries sustained by Renter/Client and/or Renter’s/Client’s Event guests while using the Rental Items. Renter/Client acknowledges and agrees that these limitations reflect a fair allocation of risk and that TDFFY would not enter into this Agreement without these limitations on its liability.

 

  • The Renter/Client agrees to all information that is within the Terms & Conditions agreement
